As general industry knowledge, swim kickboards are generally specified by:

• Material: EVA foam, valued for buoyancy, low water absorption, and resistance to chlorinated water compared with cheaper foam blends.
• Density and thickness: higher-density EVA holds shape longer under daily use; thickness affects buoyancy and stiffness for leg-isolation drills.
• Shape: standard rectangular boards, contoured boards with cut-out handholds, and narrower pull-buoy style shapes for different training goals.
• Surface: smooth or textured finishes; some boards accept printed graphics directly on the foam.
• Size range: junior sizes for learn-to-swim classes and larger adult sizes for competitive training.

Shape, density, and size are selected per program and per buyer.

OEM Customization

Custom designs, custom branding and logos, and custom packaging are available. Buyers can specify board shape and dimensions, EVA density and thickness, edge finishing, and colorways. Logos and school or team graphics can be applied by printing directly onto the board surface. Packaging can be supplied as bulk cartons for swim schools or individually wrapped units with retail labels for distributors.

Low MOQs support pilot runs for a new shape or a school-specific color. Free samples allow buyers to test buoyancy, rigidity, and print quality before a full order.
